Pistol Range Qualifications & Classroom Session on Texas State Laws for License to Carry
Chris Mendoza, U.S. Army Retired, is a Certified License To Carry Instructor for the state of Texas and a NRA Pistol Instructor.
Chris is personable, knowledgeable, and has excellent marksmanship skills.
We believe in quality over quantity. Private License to Carry courses are available to meet your needs. We also offer group courses up to 8 students.
We know that work schedules are no longer the typical 9 to 5 day. We create a mutual time that meets your scheduling needs.
The License to Carry course allows certified individuals to conceal and open carry. The course is comprised of a 4 hour classroom session covering Texas state laws and a 1 hour range qualification session. If you do not know how to load, unload, and fire a handgun, we suggest that you take the NRA Pistol course prior to the License to Carry course.
Learn about the basic knowledge, firearm training skills, and attitude for owning and operating a pistol safely. This 8 hour course includes classroom and range time learning to shoot pistols. Students learn rules for safe gun handling, pistol parts, operation, ammunition, shooting fundamentals, range rules, and cleaning of the pistol.
